It is our belief that the most effective and most fundamental assurance of a quality prior art search is the dialogue between the customer and the examiner performing the search.

For this reason we have in place a detailed communication plan for each search request which includes:

• The name and contact details of the examiner performing the task in the order confirmation
• Telephone conference at the start of the search with the examiner to define the search scope
• Confirmation email reciting the agreed search scope and inviting comments
• Optional telephone and/or email correspondence during the search due to its iterative nature
• Telephone conference with the examiner after delivery of the report

Additionally, as our customer, you will always have direct access to your appointed Key Account Manager and to our Sales Support, should you have any general questions or comments.
