Payment

All PCT fees which are due at filing of an international application (PCT chapter I) shall be paid to the Receiving Office of the individual National Patent Office. This also applies to the handling fee for demands under PCT chapter II.

Certain fees are due in the course of the procedure under PCT chapter I and must be paid directly to Nordic Patent Institute. This is, for instance, the case for the fee relating to searching of additional independent inventions (PCT Rule 40.2) and the protest fee. Fees relating to PCT chapter II (apart from the handling fee) must also be paid directly to Nordic Patent Institute.

Payments to the Institute may be made directly to our bank account. Cheques should be sent to the address of Nordic Patent Institute in Taastrup, Denmark. Payment may also be made by personal attendance at the address in Taastrup.
