New information for EPTOS users
You may now choose the Nordic Patent Institute as ISA/IPEA using the code "XN". You may file either online or on paper. If you wish to file online, you can use PCT-easy (WIPO-application), or EPTOS/eOLF (EPO-application).
We have had technical problems concerning filing via EPTOS/eOLF. This has now been corrected. EPO’s programme eOLF can now be updated to include XN as ISA.
If it is not possible to choose XN as ISA in the eOLF programme, you will need to update the programme, using the in-built update function:

Choose Tools - Preferences - System preferences and click on "Live-Update". Then click the button "Check now".
We recommend that the programme checks automatically for updates every day. You do this by crossing off for "Enable software update system" and then writing in the number 1 for "Check for update every". |
