The QA management system of Nordic Patent Institute consists of three levels:

• Level 1 describes the policy, goals and organisation of the Institute. In addition a brief outline of the the products is given here:

• Level 2 contains procedures for handling of the QA system
   
• Level 3 contains the procedures for the daily operation of Nordic Patent Institute.
   

Nordic Patent Institute is working towards ISO certification and expect this to take place in 2009. However both the Danish and the Norwegian national patent offices are ISO certified.
