Agreement with WIPO on matters relating to the Patent Cooperation Treaty

Nordic Patent Institute and the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) have signed an agreement in relation to the functioning of the Nordic Patent Institute as an International Searching Authority (ISA) and International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA) under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
