The report has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions in the Nordic Patent Institute Agreement, i.e. in compliance with the Danish Act on Financial Statements.

Nordic Patent Institute has been operational for one year, focusing particularly on PCT work and producing high quality search reports within the stipulated time frames.

The number of PCT applications is lower than estimated. This is however considered satisfactory as we had no previous experience to base our estimates on.
